A: Complete Part A of the Purchase Request Form (attached) indicating the skill set required and forward the Purchase Request Form to Gryphon. We will complete Part B, attach other required information and return to you.

Q: How quickly can I get someone?
A: In many cases, you can have someone in your office the following day.

Q: Do I need to arrange for Superannuation for Temporary Personnel?
A: There is no requirement for superannuation considerations for Temporary Personnel, it is Gryphon’s responsibility.

Q: Do I need to consider paid leave for Temporary Personnel?
A: There is no requirement for leave considerations for Temporary Personnel, it is Gryphon’s responsibility.

Q: Do I need to take out insurance for Temporary Personnel?
A: There is no requirement for insurance to be taken out, this is Gryphon’s responsibility. We cover candidates working on site for Public Liability, Professional Indemnity and Workers Compensation.

A: Public Authorities or other approved users pay Gryphon who in turn pay the Temporary Personnel.

Q: What do I do if I want to keep a person for longer than anticipated?
A: A temporary engagement should be no longer than six months. When an engagement needs to be extended longer than anticipated earlier, contact Gryphon at the earliest opportunity to arrange an extension.
